About our bread:
All of our baked goods are made with artisanal methods; slow-proofed doughs, simple but high quality ingredients, and most importantly, time. Every batch of dough is made a day before it is baked and left in the fridge overnight to let the gluten develop and break down. Every morning each product is individually formed and left to rise again before it is baked to make the fluffiest and softest rolls possible.

About the founders:
Rise Bakery Cafe is owned and operated by a small family from here in Cache Valley, Utah. We are passionate about making the best bread possible and giving back to our community. We have been baking for 10 years, and are very excited for the opportunity we have to grow!
